RESOLTECH 1800 ECO is an advanced epoxy resin system for infusion and injection (containing 33% to 36% bio carbons in the mixture). It is suitable for the production of composite parts, including structural components, with any type of reinforcement: flax, hemp, glass, carbon, aramid...
The low viscosity and excellent wetting properties make 1800 ECO an excellent choice for infusion or injection technologies (RTM). Due to its exceptional adhesive properties, the resulting composites will exhibit excellent fatigue resistance.
The 1800 ECO and 1805 ECO systems have high crosslinking properties – the MIX requires curing for a minimum of 5 hours at 40°C before releasing the mold. The final thermomechanical properties will be achieved after the appropriate curing cycle.
With a high TG value (102°C with hardener 1805 ECO), the system is suitable for both tool production and parts manufacturing. Tools can be used at a working temperature of up to 80°C.
RESOLTECH prioritizes user safety – the 1800 ECO system is free from solvents, contains no CMR components, and complies with the latest EU regulation (CE) No. 453/2010.
For the 1800 ECO resin system, it is recommended to mix in a weight ratio of 100/17 with the 1805 ECO hardener.
Storage: Store containers tightly closed and away from heat and cold, preferably at a temperature between 10°C and 30°C in a well-ventilated area. Our products are guaranteed in their original packaging (check the expiration date on the label).
1800 ECO resin can, under certain conditions, cristallize. 10h at 60°C in an oven will make th resin liquid again without consequences.
